Welcome to Precision Details. By booking or using our mobile detailing services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully before proceeding.
1. Services Provided
Precision Details offers mobile vehicle detailing services, including interior cleaning, exterior wash, waxing, clay bar treatment, paint correction, and ceramic coating. All services are performed at the customer’s location or designated partner wash bay.
We reserve the right to refuse service if the vehicle condition poses health or safety risks (e.g., biohazards, infestation, or excessive damage) not disclosed at the time of booking.
2. Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments can be made online, via phone, or in person. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service total.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, card, or approved digital payments. All prices are listed in USD and are subject to applicable taxes.
4. Vehicle Condition & Inspection
Customers must disclose the vehicle’s condition, including pre-existing damage or special requirements. Precision Details will inspect the vehicle prior to service and may adjust pricing based on excessive dirt, pet hair, or other conditions.
We do our best to identify and avoid sensitive areas, but customers are responsible for notifying us of any aftermarket or non-factory parts that may require special care.
5. Liability Disclaimer
Precision Details is fully insured, but we are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage, wear, or defects
- Damage caused by improperly secured accessories or aftermarket modifications
- Loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle
We use industry-standard, professional-grade products. However, clients must notify us in advance if their vehicle has any unique requirements or sensitivities.
6. Weather & Mobile Service Limitations
As a mobile service, our ability to complete work may be impacted by weather conditions or limited access to power/water at certain locations. In such cases, we may reschedule or request that the customer bring the vehicle to a covered location or local wash bay.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with the results, please notify us within 24 hours of service so we can resolve the issue. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and at our discretion.
8. Privacy Policy
We collect only necessary personal information to schedule appointments and deliver services. Your information will never be sold or shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, logos, graphics, and service descriptions, is the property of Precision Details and may not be reproduced or reused without written permission.
10. Modifications
These terms are subject to change without notice. The most recent version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after any updates constitutes agreement to the revised terms.
